Our Premium Tasmanian Scallops have long been treasured in restaurants around the world. Their sweet flavours reflect the strong currents and pure waters of the iconic Bass Strait, where they are wild-harvested.
Our Scallops are enjoyed fresh, chilled in season and frozen year-round. Our fishermen unload their catch 6 months of the year. Available for retail or food service: half shell, meat, or whole.
