Our brand, Wild Legend, celebrates the wild caught origins and famous status of this prized lobster, found throughout the pristine marine eco-system spanning New Zealand, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
We committed to the conservation and sustainable fishing of the local underwater environments where these bright red and orange lobsters slowly grow. And we remain true to our focus, delivering the finest lobster in the world.
Fiordland Lobster Company is dedicated to the sustainable fishing and live export of wild-caught southern rock lobsters. Started by fishers in New Zealand’s breathtakingly beautiful Fiordland National Park in the 1980s, the company has grown to become the largest supplier of the most prized lobster in the world.
SALCo was established in South Australia in 2010, in partnership with local fishermen. It has spread into the neighbouring States of Victoria and Tasmania, to cover all Australian Southern Rock Lobster fisheries.
